I love my Mixtiles!!! The app was so easy to use, they arrived quickly & the photo quality is great!

I reviewed the tiles in the order, but when they arrived, the bottoms of the photos were cut off. ‘Mallory’ says to write if not happy and they make it right. I’ve written twice so far with no response.....crickets! I’d be happy if they responded and made it right, but right now, a lack of acknowgement and I real person to contact is making me worried that I lost my money on poor tiles.

Great picture quality and very easy to hang up. Love them!!!

Don’t waste your time , the order was late . It was suppose to be here feb 13 . And it was suppose to be a valentine gift . And it’s embarrassing for this company to be high priced bad quality and bad communication and false promises on there orders . Please give me a favor people and go someone else . Now I have nothing to turn in for my present . Very mad right now !

I was expecting my purchase (by direction of Mixtiles) by 2/13/18 and have not yet received by today’s date 2/14/18. I figured I’d give or take a day, but to be on the safe side I decided to reach out to get my tracking information to make sure I was home for my package arrival. Wellllll 3 emails later I have had no response from Mallory. Mallory is the contact that you are supposed to email. No 1-800# for customer service. I did however receive a $12 refund...not sure why when my purchase was $58. When I emailed Mallory about that...still no response. Mallory must be on vacation. All I want to know is where my package is... Sincerely, No so happy customer

After being told my first order was “lost in shipping” after requesting tracking information, they said they would redo and ship another set. When received the email that the “replacement” set was sent .. I can’t get any information . Mallory at mixtiles is unresponsive. This company/app is a joke. If I could give no stars I would.

These tiles exceeded my expectations from a picture quality standpoint. They look great, and its a new, fun way to break up pictures instead of boring frames. They also peel off the wall very easily without damaging the dry wall. Friends and family have raved over the tiles and ordered some of their own! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

I ordered this for a Valentines present despite it being a little pricey for 3 tiles. It was supposed to be delivered Saturday the 10th. It’s now the 13th and I have no tiles, no tracking info, and no reply back from customer support ??

I was very scared and hesitant to order the tiles as a valentine gift for my husband. But once I received my order I was shocked and happy to see all my pictures perfectly transposed into the tiles.

Ordered some Mixtiles with pictures from my recent trip to Italy and they came out amazing!!! Definitely ordering more.

I surprised my twin teenage boys by ordering Mixtiles for their bedrooms. They were excited and grateful and one of them said “these make me smile!”. The quality and equally important, the service was incredible. They followed up on every step of my order to make sure it met my expectations. I highly recommend Mixtiles!

I love these tiles, they look great and are really good quality. Its super easy to use the app. Shipping is amazingly fast too.

My best friend had found the app and ordered her set of Mixtiles. I fell in love with the way they were displayed in her home. I ordered my first set and could not be happier with them! I ordered on a Friday evening and they were delivered to me the next Tuesday! The quality and fast service make these for a great decorating piece in your home or make amazing gifts! There is no damage to your wall when hanging them and you can merely move them from wall to wall or however you choose to display them! I like the versatility of being able to change up the display! And customer service is friendly and respectful. Makes this review easy to give and also rating 5 stars! ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The tiles really reflect the pictures. Nice pictures = nice tiles! And instead of framing pictures, you just hang them without any hurdle. Also the service is so perfect: tiles arrive nicely packed and usually ahead of predicted. I recommend and will come back!! Thanks guys!

I have ordered 9 tiles. Didnt hang it yet. Looks good. Very happy with it, Except one of the tiles corner was bent and chipped:-( I contacted Mallory and she promised to ship my another one. It was very easy and Mallory was very responsive. Love it so far. Will edit my review when I hang it up.

Loved my tiles! They hang in my office and I love looking up and seeing those smiling faces❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

They look fantastic on our wall and were so easy to use! Great price, great look, and so cheap to put up and adjust! Our family tree wall was made complete by these! And since they aren’t frames with glass, I don’t have a problem hanging them where my kid can reach them! Only thing I wish was if my order had a tracking number or a way to see the progress! The tiles were here after a week for 11 tiles which was fantastically fast!

I have purchased Mixtiles twice so far, to decorate a wall in my home and to give as gifts. I live the fact that they are so light that they hang and can be moved easily.

I am not very tech savvy and found Mixtiles to be easier to use than any other (Shutterfly etc) that I’ve tried in the past. It took minutes to upload, view and order. I received an email from a representative immediately after ordering and felt this to be very personalized and reassuring that if I had any problems I would be able to contact someone directly. The quality of the photos on the tiles was exceptional! I highly recommend using Mixtiles!
