Excellent customer service and great tiles.

I ordered eight tiles as a gift for my wife. The shipping ended up being delayed by one day. Not a big deal. Mallory refunded me for two of my tiles for the “inconvenience”. This businesses dedication to their customers is the best! The tiles came out spectacular! My wife loves them! We love looking at them! They’re simplistic in construction, but the memories each photo holds makes them so valuable! Will definitely be ordering more in the future!!!

But i love my tiles!!! They are very light and easily sticks and stays on the wall!!! Customer service was great too. I got email responses back in an hour. I was little skeptical from reading all those bad reviews but I’ll definitely order some more tiles again

My 2 daughters families and I all live in different states, so when we have a rare time to all be together, many pictures are taken. Choosing to combine the photos on mix tiles was the most excellent decision. The quality was amazing. The tiles are perfect. The price and service were excellent. I will be ordering again because memories are precious.

Great product, service and delivery! Our office policy includes not pounding nails into our office walls. My set of 6 tiles really brightens up those blank gray walls and they come off easily without leaving marks. Ordering thru the app was easy and follow up emails made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I’m a fan!!

Received my tiles fast and kept me informed on when they where shipped. They turned out great, really liked them. Can’t wait to put them up at our lake house. If they come unstuck from the wall, there are plenty of products on the market that will put them on the wall, not worried about it.

Just got my first batch of tiles in, and I am extremely happy! Picture quality is great, very user friendly app, but what I’m most impressed with is the fact that the owner included a personalized “hope you enjoy these” note, and also reached out to me via email the next day to get my feedback. Easy to see that they care about their customers and their product. A rare thing these days. I’ll be ordering a lot more!

Website is easy and they arrived fast in a few days. Love that it’s so easy to hang. I was tired of clutter which I had going on with so may picture frames taking up a lot of space on my tables ad shelving. I ordered some for my daughter she’s them also. App so easy I’m gonna order more! Oh and no putting nail holes in walls!

My first order was given to both of our adult kids for Christmas and it was a huge hit! Just reordered again for a 40th Bday party...and again they loved it! The quality of the tiles is incredible..considering it came off my phone! And even when you take a chance on a pic that MixTiles said was not suitable to print...you might get lucky! I did that at least a half dozen times and still got a great pic! But a major benefit of dealing with MixTiles is they work with you, keep in touch, and if there is something wrong...they very willingly try to fix it. Fast response time...reasonably fast shipping times, and great customer service...I’ll be a returning customer, and like another review said...maybe some loyalty points for previous orders would be nice! Thx MixTiles!

The mixtiles I ordered were perfect! Easy to stick on and take off the wall at a very cheap price! Also the staff is very friendly!

I recently purchased a number of tiles and found the picture quality and customer service was excellent. I especially liked that I can move the tiles around, can re-arrange them and there is no damage to the walls. Although the tiles are pricey and there would be more value added if the sides didn’t show the foam base I would recommend these to others and I’ll likely use order more in the future when I need to change up my photos and decor.

I wasn’t sure how the quality was so I ordered a few to check them out. I love them and going to order more now that I know I won’t be wasting my money. It was so easy to order and as promised, they showed up in a few days. I’m very happy with my mixtiles!
