Late on my order

Don’t waste your time , the order was late . It was suppose to be here feb 13 .
And it was suppose to be a valentine gift . And it’s embarrassing for this company to be high priced bad quality and bad communication and false promises on there orders . Please give me a favor people and go someone else . Now I have nothing to turn in for my present . Very mad right now !
