I never write reviews, but for this company I had to. Their customer service is off the charts amazing and they work with you throughout the entire process. This was my second time ordering, and I will definitely order again. To get your moneys worth, I would suggest ordering more than three tiles at a time, and make sure you choose high pixel photos. Awesome product and awesome company.

I saw an ad for Mixtiles on Facebook on a flight back from a vacation. I placed the order mid air (it was so easy to select the photos on my phone and then place the order). I was given a delivery date and a Mixtiles associate "checked in" with me via email throughout the process. Well, my order arrived way ahead of schedule and I just love the way they look! My husband said they look better on the Mixtiles than they did on my phone. I put them in in my office and work the next day and have gotten many compliments on them. Ordering more for me as well as gifts for others. They are super cool.?

I really like this product. So easy to order, free shipping and great product. On my first order I accidently sent a pic with my logo which I did not want on my tile and they replaced for no charge. Really great customer service. Ive ordered twice now and will continue!

I am neither aesthetically inclined nor crafty when it comes to decorating, so mixtiles was a very convenient discovery for me! It’s super easy and WAY cheaper than doing a collage wall the old fashioned way. They advise against ordering low resolution photos, but I tried one anyway and it actually came out beautiful too. I love that you can easily move the tiles around, and they are lightweight and wide so it is easy to hang them level. I’ll definitely be ordering many more!

So just received our mix tiles and the photo quality is great! So excited to hang them up and had to move 2 of them and as I pulled them off the wall pieces of my wall came with them. Very disappointed since they advertise that they move easily...Emailed them but no response yet.

On my first order. I didnt adjust some photos and were off center and they replaced them no problem. Thats amazing. The quality was great was well.

I will definitely be a repeat customer. Not only is the product excellent but so is the customer service. I’m just hoping my friends and family use them and use referral code I gave them because each person who does I get 2 free tiles and I would definitely love more. It’s definitely been a great experience.

I have the app downloaded but I didn’t realize it was three tiles for $49 bucks, I guess it just keeps adding from there. That’s kind of a lot of money :( Is it worth it once you get your package?? Could anyone tell me?

I have placed two orders with this company. The first was a few months back and the tiles were sent as gifts. My order was processed and delivered on time, the recipients loved them, and customer service was prompt and helpful. Because of all these things I wanted to order some for myself. I placed a large order of 12 tiles for my home. My order was supposed to delivered on Thursday, and never arrived. I sent two emails to company and attempted to make contact through the chat on the app and have received no response. The app itself really needs work too. There should be a my account page where you can see your orders, past orders, etc. also no shipping or tracking information was provided. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here since I never revived my order and have had no response from customer service

I love the way the pictures came out but I was extremely disappointed to know that I paid so much money just to have them printed on a piece of black styrofoam. I was pleased that they came a day early. All in all I like the pictures, you all just need better quality material for the price I paid. Would I order again maybe once the material quality is better. Maybe put some type of Design around the edges so that it’ll look more professional. I’ll give it 3 stars.

I bought these for my husband’s office, they are wonderful and we love them. He can use nails in the office building he is located in so this is a perfect solution.

Just received my picture tiles and I couldn’t be happier! They are gorgeous and exactly the right size for my kitchen! I haven’t been this excited about hanging pictures in a long time. And that they can easily be removed and rearranged without damaging the walls is so awesome! Their app is easy to work - and their customer service is wonderful, too. They contacted me right when my ordered was placed and shipped and accommodated me in every way I needed until the pictures arrived. They were pleasantly helpful and courteous and I felt they treated me so welcoming and not just an order number! Great product, great customer service, great company! I can’t wait to order more for every room in my new house!

I absolutely love my tiles. I have placed 2 orders so far with more to come in the future. Very easy to adhere to the walls and I have already moved several times with no issues. The reason for the 4 stars is that I would like to see different shapes and sizes available for more flexibility in design and placement.

I love these tiles; customer service is awesome, and ordering tiles is super easy. I will admit that the tiles feel light and cheap when you take them out of the box, but the picture quality is awesome and once they are hanging they look super expensive. I recommend knowing where you want to put the tiles and only sticking them to the wall once. I think the stickiness would wear off if you were to restick them over and over again. Overall I highly recommend Mixtiles! ?
