Mixed review

I got 5 of these for my boyfriend for our anniversary. All pictures of both of us. Received them in a timely manner. Took one out looked so good. Then took out the rest and they weren’t even centered and left a note in the box saying I should choose new pictures. The pictures weren’t even weird or off center they just pretty much blew up my face and left my boyfriend half faced. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t contact me somehow and tell me that the pictures weren’t going to turn out. I’m a little disappointed. ?
