Incredible Customer Care!

I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but I was so impressed with the level of customer care that I’m happy to write this review. My tiles arrived well packaged and in good condition; however two of the tiles were dark in color/light. I received a follow up email from Mallory May (cool name btw) asking about my order satisfaction. I told her about the dark tiles & insisted that it was my oversight. She mentioned that they may have had internal printing issues at that time, and she didn’t hesitate to offer another order of 3 tiles absolutely free!!! The process is so easy and I’m completely satisfied. I’ll definitely be ordering more and can’t wait to see future improvements on an already great product/service!
