I got my first batch of mix tiles.. I loved them except one of my pictures uploaded wrong and it printed funny. So I emailed & Mallory responded. She was so nice to help me. She did an excellent job addressing my concerns in a timely and efficient manner. I would highly recommend this company and her customer service.
