Amazing customer service and super cute product!

Some of the corners of the tiles were a bit dented when I received them, it really wasn’t a big deal as I was going to hang them in my house anyways, but when I got an email asking for my feedback I explained this (I also explained that I still loved the tiles and still planned on hanging them), just in case it was the way they had packaged them I thought they should know, and they refunded me 100% and threw in an extra tile for free! The customer service was so outstanding and professional, they definitely have my business in the future. I was working with Mallory from Mixtiles, thank you again Mallory!! Not to mention I love the outcome of the pictures, great job and great concept.
